Marco Polo 1 Bedroom design

Front covered deck area

The Marco Polo by BAAHouse is a unique & stylish design that really speaks for itself by making a modern & artistic statement on your property.

-A practical design featuring 1st floor mezzanine sleeping area, ideal for hot climates & good air circulation. A spacious ground floor living room, kitchen & bathroom ideal for entertaining not to mention a lovely deck area lined either side with cross hatched walls breaking strong winds, providing shade or acting as a structure for a growing passion fruit vine in your garden.

-The Marco Polo is more spacious than most 1 bed granny flats, yet takes up less space in your backyard than most due to its mezzanine, floor upon floor design. Meaning even with the limits of a small backyard, there is less compromise on living space with our design.
