The Columbia range is characterised by an overhang extension of the dining and living areas providing visual interest to the exterior. It is typically elevated which is perfect for hinterland or flood prone areas, or to capture views and breezes. Large overhang ceilings and high roof pitches ensure the home has shade, indoor-outdoor living, and enjoyable all year round. Now in a 1 - 5 bedroom floor plan with different configurations. There are varying style and facade options to choose from - a traditional weatherboard look if you prefer the coastal style, or modern cladding options and heka hoods if you prefer a more contemporary look to your home.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.
