Santa Cruz’s inspiration comes from the Scandi holiday house, repurposed for Australian living. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-purpose house with 2 separate wings, 1 for the bedrooms and the other for the kitchen, lounge and living areas. The 2 wings are then brought together with a central open deck area. 

Large raked ceilings with exposed trusses and feature timber ply ceilings are one of the features along with high level windows for breeze and large timber doors and windows to connect indoors to outdoors. The Santa Cruz is a stunning house design for the family or as a holiday retreat to enjoy your lifestyle.

Santa Cruz sheep are an extremely rare breed of domestic sheep that once existed as a feral population on the Santa Cruz Island of the Channel Islands of California.
