The Van Rooy is family backyard multi-purpose studio designed for clients as a teenager retreat or secondary dwelling. Open plan dining and living space with raked ceiling, making this space feel larger and flowing onto the deck and pool.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.

FUN FACT: VAN ROOY

The Van Rooy breed is a South African cleanskin sheep. As they have no wool, they are used to breed out wool in other breeds such as the Dopers in Queensland. They are year-round breeders and do well in hot climates.
