DORSET is a modern contemporary 30-40 sqm studio, retreat, or pool side pavilion to fit into your backyard. It can be extended at a later time with a small deck. There are a number of cladding options and interior finishes to choose from. Features of the DORSET are the compact custom designed kitchenette, ensuite and laundry areas that make this studio functional yet feel spacious with its open living.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.
