The rooms can be opened up to a large deck which wrap around the front face of the house. The design includes high level raked ceilings clad in ply timber, hardwood timber floors and a range of different exterior cladding to suit your style. Ideal if you are considering a small house solution such as a secondary dwelling, airbnb, eco-cabin, small holiday home or retreat.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.
