The HAN design is a 1 bedroom self-contained house or second dwelling for your backyard. An aesthetic design featuring external cladding to blend in with the landscape. The original design as shown in the 3D model below is raised to suit the client’s sloping property and accommodate a carport.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.

FUN FACT: HAN

The Han is a Mongolian sheep breed - there are two types - the small tail and large tail Han. Both sexes are horned.
