The Lincoln range is our most popular and award winning, so we have replicated the style to cater for 1 - 4 bedroom options. Architecturally designed small to medium sized homes. Features include the high raked ceilings, timber struts, large sliding doors that connect to outdoor living & scenery, louvre windows to capture breeze, beautiful timber decking and balustrades. If you like this style there are many floor plan options to suit your lifestyle & occupant needs, or we can always custom a design unique for you.

House plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.
