Panama Long House is a multi-purpose design that can be used as a family house or second dwelling on your property. The compact floor plan orientates the bedrooms, living, lounge and kitchen areas towards any views on site and allows for natural airflow. The large deck area is the main feature of the house with the rooms connected for easy entertaining.

Large raked ceilings with exposed trusses and feature timber ply ceilings are included together with high level windows for breeze and large timber doors and windows to connect indoors to outdoors. Panama Long house is an easy living small house design. 

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.
