2 BED/66 SQM UPPER LEVEL + LOFT + DECK

The pedi is multi-purpose studio/retreat with an open internal layout. One of the bedrooms can be used as either an office, spare bedroom, or kid’s room. The loft provides extra storage or living space.

Plans can be purchased at the Standard or Deluxe options depending on whether you need plans just for building approval, or a fully detailed construction set with material specifications.

FUN FACT: PEDI

Pedi sheep are a fat tailed South African breed, brought to South Africa by the Bapedi people. Two flocks were established in the mid 1980’s in Limpopo to ensure the survival of the indigenous breed.
